Use This Tool to Get Relief

One of the biggest tools that helps me get freedom from compulsive overeating in sobriety is repetition.

When I was in compulsive overeating, repetition sounded so restrictive.

But what I realized is that too much variety creates overstimulation, triggering cravings and urges.

The key is to find foods that work for you. When you do, repetition isn’t a punishment, it’s something you truly enjoy.
