Did you know that you think over 60,000 thoughts a day?
About 95% of those thoughts were ones you had yesterday. And most of those are negative.
We’re walking around with heads full of negative, recycled thought loops about ourselves and our abilities.
And we wonder why it’s so hard for us to make changes like losing weight!
Our current ability to lose weight is based on our attempts last month, last year, last decade. You know – the attempts that didn’t work.
We’re like fish swimming in a bowl we don’t realize is way too small for us now.
We won’t get anywhere with those thoughts.
We need to imagine and act on new ideas, not old ones.
Exciting, empowering, and progressive ideas about losing weight, gaining health and happiness, and freeing ourselves from the bondage of overeating (and our old, terrible feelings).
It’s time to upgrade to a bigger tank!
