From Monkey Mind to Mental Clarity With Food

-When we’re overeating, we’re actually thinking about food all day long. The thoughts *seem* invisible because we’re so entrenched in the cycle they create – binge, restrict, diet, overeat.⁣

-When we stop overeating, it feels like our heads get louder than ever. FOOD FOOD FOOD and everything about food seems amplified, overwhelming, exhausting.
