When Diet and Exercise Don't Work
I have two questions for you:
Are you sober?
Are you struggling with food?
If you answered yes to both of those questions, you’re got a problem that most people don’t.
The symptoms of your problem look a lot like everyone else’s - overweight, degrading physical health, sugar cravings, etc.
So it’s tempting to do what everyone else does to solve those symptoms:
Noom
Keto
Bootcamp
Vegan
Body Acceptance
WW
Aktins
And while none of these things is inherently bad - they don’t solve the cause of YOUR problem.
Because your problem isn’t a lack of nutrition knowledge, a lack of the perfect combination of foods, laziness, lack of willpower, lack of desire, or not accepting your body. When Diet and Exercise Don't Work.
Your problem is addiction transfer to food.
