It Works if you Work It
You know that I LOVE to talk (on and on…and sometimes on some more 😂) about the nuances of sobriety and food and compulsion and overeating.
Today’s post is simple:
When you have the right tools to manage addiction transfer to food, and you work them, you’ll stop overeating addictively.
You’ll lose weight.
And you’ll break free from the bondage of compulsion.
It works if you work it (and you’re worth it, so work it!)
