Feel like you’re playing compulsion whack-a-mole with food? You’re not alone.

But until now, there have been few solutions that address this unique issue.

Weight gain, desire for highly-palatable foods, going on and off diets, and deteriorating physical health are the painful symptoms of overeating in sobriety that we’ve been struggling with - often for years before and after sobriety from drugs and alcohol.

It feels like compulsion whack-a-mole; we abstain from one thing, only to see it pop up, alive and well, in another. For many of us, food was our first addiction; it’s also usually the last barrier between us and a “fix-free” life.

Sober&Hungry was born from the need for solution to food addiction in sobriety - a solution that alleviates the symptoms including cravings and weight gain, by solving the problem at its core:

  1. Eating in a way that calms “overhunger” and quiets addictive urges instead of triggering them

  2. Creating emotional sobriety and a new relationship with food

  3. Losing weight sanely, soberly, and predictably

Healing all facets of addiction transfer to food is what we do at Sober&Hungry.

The Gifts of Food Freedom Include:

I have found peace around food for the first time in my entire life. I have healthfully dropped 50+ pounds in the time I have worked with Brooke - And because it doesn’t go against a thing I do in my 12 step program, I have found a deeper level of spirituality and growth in my life.

Brooke expertly guided me to the ‘aha’ switch, and I really do not believe I could have found it without her. I honestly loved this process.
